Grade report pick up on Wednesday. Conjugate VanderTrampp verbs in the passé
composé. Take VanderTrampp verb quiz on Friday. Complete ex. 7-9 p. 136.
Week 31 (4/21—4/25)*
Adjusted schedule for ACT/PSAE testing. Discuss use of “il y a”
+ present for past tense replacement. Begin unit on foods. Issue 1st food vocabulary.
Review use of “prendre” with meals.
Week 32 (4/28—5/2)
Issue utensil and table setting. Complete exercise w/plastic utensils. Continue
food vocabulary. Students describe the contents of their refrigerator at home.
Irreg. verb “boire.”
Week 33 (5/5—5/9)
Paired reading on pp. 162-3. View video scene. Irreg. verbs vouloir, pouvoir,
devoir. Bring in food items for class supermarket/restaurant.
Week 34 (5/12—5/16)
35-week exam on Tuesday. Make exam corrections. Stem change verbs. “acheter,
préférer, payer.” Do workbook re: same.
Week 35 (5/19—5/23)
Issue film vocabulary and packet. View film “Roi Lion.” Complete
film packet.
Week 36 (5/26—5/30) 4-day week
Monday holiday (Memorial Day). Begin clothing unit. Issue vocabulary, review
verbs “mettre, porter.” Create catalogue. Video fashion show.
Week 37 (6/2—6/8)
Review for finals. Compile and grade portfolios. Final exams.
Week 38 (6/9—6/13) 3-day week*
View fashion show video and provide commentary.

day late mayonly be accepted by arrangement with teacher.
