Community Highlight

Fall 2003 -- This year the agenda for the first 3rd Thursdays Program at Hyde Park Academy was a Meet and Greet. Parents came to find out about upcoming GEAR UP activities. See the Gallery for photos of the event.

It's going to be a busy school year, with a schedule full of GEAR UP workshops, programs, and events.

The school year was already off to a great start. The annual Back to School Rally held at Fermi Elementary drew in over 400 parents and children. Children went away with a starter school supply kit, and parents learned about upcoming GEAR UP activities.
