Highlight
Spring 2003
-- GEAR UP parents are serious about their children's education.
Parents meet
for a full day of workshops on developing positive parenting skills.
This is a Roosevelt
University event, but Northeastern
Illinois University Network helps out by providing both
a presenter, Gail Cruise-Roberson and the space at the Chicago
Teachers' Center. Chicago GEAR UP partners are crossing
network boundaries, leveraging resources to stretch funding dollars.
