Glenn Magle coordinates the organization’s many offerings in technology. He has developed technological resources school districts can easily use, saving them the time and money that would be necessary to create their own. For example, he has developed NCISC’s Web site and directory of educational sites appropriate for students—an already researched and edited list of sites available on the Internet.

Glenn Magle’s areas of expertise include community-based planning, engaged learning, technology integration and infusion, problem-based learning, and program evaluation. Magle has been doing planning for many years and is current on ISBE models. “It is important to understand how to engage students with and without technology,” explains Magle, and “it is important to understand why a program works or why it does not.” Magle brings to NCISC a wealth of experiences, including teaching in grades six through twelve and serving as an instructor in technology at the college level. He has served as a facilitator for the NCISC Administrators’ Academy and has presented at many local and national conferences. He received his bachelor’s degree in technology education and his master’s degree in educational administration/supervision.
