Zeta Homeroom

July 11, 2000

Location: Regenstein 153
Time: 1:00 - 5:00
Section: WIT Basic
Mentors: Bill Geraci & Russ Revzan

Please look at the Site of the Day and make sure to check your e-mail!

Today:

  • Decide on the topic of your Lesson Plan.
    • E-mail that topic to Bill and Russ (russ@iceberg.org and BillG35@aol.com if you are not using Netscape Mail as your e-mail client.). We reserve veto power if the scope of the topic is beyond our time frame.
    • Recall resources available to help you: eCUIP Digital Library (people from the eCUIP Digital Library will be here Wednesday to answer questions) and other resources.
  • If you'd like a partner, see if anyone in our group would like to team up with you.
  • Spend time locating web resources (using your Searching skills) that will help build your lesson plan.
  • Build your Lesson Plan main page and Teachers Guide page at the same time (linking them one to the other). (Your Teachers Guide should focus your scope and work on your pages.)
You will also want to start looking at the WIT Lesson Plan Assessment Guide and if you have the time, Assessment of Educational Web Sites.

Any questions not answered in class can be directed to Bill and Russ.
