bullfighting.
Toreros, or bullfighters dressed in elaborate gold
costumes, are enclosed in a ringlike stadium whose main purpose is to survive
a battle with an angry bull. Bullfights in Madrid take place in LasVentas
bullring. Bullfighting season usually takes place between the months of
March thru October.
