Technology Scavenger Hunt

THE HUNT

In order to discover just how broad the Web is and how much information is available through the Internet, we are going on a hunting trip, an information hunting trip.

PROCEDURE

This game works like an old fashioned scavenger hunt, only we are looking for information on given Web sites and their associated URLs.  This group of highly intelligent, highly trained, and witty individuals is pitted against the scum in other groups.  Our group should surf the net for the answers to the following questions.

VERIFICATION

When our group finds the correct information it should be completed on the sheet provided by your teacher, as to provide verification that we do know how to surf the WWW.

REWARDS

The greatest reward will be in winning over the other groups.  Your teacher has a special reward for each group member.

HINT

Try using the hot list first (all the best sites are already listed there) and if all fails go to www. ajkids.com (ask Jeeves for kids) and type in the question that you need answered.

WARNING

The other teams has already finished reading this and has started on the scavenger items.  You'd better move quickly to THE HUNT!
