Right now you're going to learn to change the color of your web page. When you're building a web page always keep in mind the sanity of your visitors.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
How to Change the Background Color of Your Web Page
 
  1. Click on "Format," then "Page Colors and Properties."  
 
 
 
A window should appear that looks like this.
 
 
 
  2. Next, click on the button immediately to the left of "Background." A window with a color palette should pop up that looks something like this.  
  3. Select any color your little heart desires, but keep in mind the high contrast concept mentioned earlier.  
  4. If you want to see what the page will look like, click "Apply."  
  5. If the color is satisfactory, then click "Close."
