E-Mail Use
Reply to a message:
1. Click on the Reply button on the tool bar.
2. A new message window will appear. Enter the message text in the message field.
3. Click on the Send button on the tool bar.
4. If the message was sent to more than one person, you can click on the Reply All button on the tool bar to send your reply to everyone who received the initial message.
Be careful. If you click on the Reply All button, make sure you really want to reply to all. And even if you didn't choose Reply to all, it's always a good idea to review the to and CC recipients of your message before sending it off. There are a variety of ways in which these address lists could end up different from what you really intend. (Many long-term email users have suffered fates worse than death for not paying attention to this!)
Let's learn how to forward messages to our family, friends and colleagues.
