WELCOME! Day One

SCHEDULE:

1.    Introductions:          Your Name          Your School, Position          Your Interest in www/WIT          Something UNIQUE

Please NOTE:  As you listen to introductions, consider the web curriculums you will be designing, either alone or in groups.  You may find someone with similar interests as your own.

2.     REMINDER:  You need to pick up a card sometime this week
        at the Chicago Card Office, Administrative Building, 5801 S. Ellis Avenue,
        between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm.  Bring appropriate identification and ID
        number.

3.     REMINDER:  Friday lunches are mandatory.  This week we will meet at
        12:15 pm in the Cloister Club, located on the first floor of Ida Noyes Hall.
        If you cannot attend a luncheon, please tell John or Sheila on the Monday
        of the week you cannot attend, or contact Nora O'Donnell directly.

4.     Is anyone interested in endorsement credit?  In order to receive it, you
        must submit a check for $100 to the University of Chicago (you can drop
        it off here) by the end of this week, and you must do an additional project
        for your class.  Endorsement credit is actual credit for endorsement in
        technology or other topic. It isn't the same as "lane credit" which costs
        $20 and doesn't receive a grade.

        This page will change in format.  For now, it contains a list of gamma
        participants (with school, position, email addresses).
