Overview  Aim- The  aim of this project is to create an  internet resource that can be used by teachers, students, and parents  to enhance the study of English as a second language .
Rationale -There is internet access for the computers  in the classroom which can  be utilized  like the software programs as another tool for increasing the English skills of the students.
Audience - The audience is primarily the K-8 students in a pullout ESL program.
Pre-requisites - The pre-requisites are having computers with internet access and some basic knowledge of computer skills.
Subject matter -  The subject matter is the study of the English language and the culture of this country.
Goals and Objectives -  The goal is for the teacher to improve his/her teaching by being able to access lessons and ideas from other sources and for the students to improve their English through self study online and written communication with others. Students and parents would be able to access this site from home and use the site for practice and additional activities.
Instructional Plan -  Since this project is to be used as a resource throughout the year by students at various levels, there is no specific plan of sequenced lessons. Students can access lessons geared to their level at that time.
Materials -  No materials are required  other than computers with internet access.
Assessment and Evaluation - Assessment will be ongoing. Some of the activities are self-tests  for practice, some quizzes will be given for final testing, and some evaluations will be created by the teacher. There will also be general monitoring of student use of the  site to see if this is a helpful resource and if the students are using it well.
