September 10 – Weekend Getaways
New to Chicago or just looking for some new weekend escapes?  Travel agent, Jan Truemper will share some exciting ideas for weekend trips.  Plus a "special” trip to the Mall of America near Minneapolis.
 

September 12 – Barn Dance
Our first social event of the year will be a Barn Dance!  We will eat a great barbecue dinner and square dance under the stars.  It is also the gourmet kickoff.  We will have lots of fun!  See you there.
 

October 8 – Psychically Speaking
Saren, a natural psychic for over 20 years, will entertain us with her unique insights.  There will be lots of audience participation, and she will teach us to tap into our own psychic ability.

November 21 – Art Auction
For all of you “Newcomers” who are decorating your new homes or buying Christmas presents, we will have a large selection of artwork at our Art Auction!  This beautiful framed art will be carefully selected to accommodate the club members’ specific requests.  Please join us for an evening of fun, which includes appetizers, drinks, raffle tickets, and door prizes!
 
 

December 10 – Holiday Cookie/Gift Exchange
Join the holiday fun as we exchange a $10 grab bag gift and an assortment of cookies.
 

December 12 – Holiday Dinner
Socials will join up with the Dining Out-Group to celebrate the holiday season.  We will enjoy appetizers and cocktails at a member’s house and then all go out to dinner.
 

January 14 – How to Have More Energy in 1999!
Andrea Olin, a certified Life Coach, makes a career out of helping people make the most of their lives.
 

February 11 – Ladies Night Out
Enjoy a relaxing evening out at a local restaurant;  we will have a short meeting on location.
 

February 20 – Motown Karoeke Party
An evening of fun, with dinner, drinks and a sing along.  Maybe we will dress 60’s!
 

March 11 – Wine Tasting

Fun! Fun! Fun! Join us for whirlyball, drinks and a casual dinner.
 

May 14 – May Gala
A fun night out on the town!  We’ll thank our Board members for a great year and officially welcome the new Board.
 

June 5 – Family Picnic
Pack up the kids for a fun family picnic at the park.  There will be games, cool drinks, good food and lots of  friends!
