Rabbit Problem

Hare is the problem.  How many rabits would you have  at the beginning of each month if you start with a single pair and ( condition one) each adult pair gives birth to a new pair every month;  ( condition two) each pair reproduces from the second month on and ( third condition) no rabbit dies; ( condition 4) determine the number of rabbits for seven months.

Suggest that you make a diagram  of the number of rabbits that exist for each of the seven nmonths.

Bee Problem

Did you  know that the male bee has only one parent...only a mother.  A female bee has two parents mother and father.  What would the genealogy of a male bee look  like?  Another way to state the problem would be how many parents does the male bee have ; how many grandparents; how many great grandparents; how many greatt great parents; how many great-great-great grandparents; how many great-great-great-great grandparents.  Stumped on the bee's genalogy. Diagram your  genealogy. How many birth parents do/did yo have, How many birth grandparents; how many great grandparents; how many greatt great parents; how many great-great-great grandparents; how many great-great-great-great grandparents. Now do the bee's genealogy diagram remember a male has one parent and a female has two parents.
