Students are always asking the question:" When are we going to use this?" This module allows students to explore the relationships that exist between math and the world around them. The relationship is embedded in real world phenomena but is seldom observed by students. Our module is intended to motivate students to discern common phenomena from a different point of view while aligning this experience with state goals.
