1. Diagrams of the bee and rabbit problems.
2. Given the first 6 terms of the Fibonacci sequence,
students will produce the next n terms as determined by the
teacher, and will create the formula.
3. Completion of a plant drawing.
4. Students will find an example of a building and determine
if it falls within the Golden Mean.
5. Completion of an architectural drawing.
Culminating Activity:
Assuming that the audience has no prior knowledge, students will describe to someone the connection between math, nature, and architecture in one of the following ways:
a web page
an illustrated book
an illustrated portfolio
a written essay
