Develop and communicate
Visual memory and discrimination on an individual object.  Students will learn to communicate from a visual model..  By using a flannel board or magnetic letters, students learn to arrange letters to duplicate a visual model.  As student are ready, have them write the letters below a model on the chalkboard or overhead, progressing to being able to copy in writing on their own paper.
