On this last day of summer, we have twenty students in our classroom. Here are their names: Tyla, Tylar, Tahir, Teniya, Deja, Nijia, Nichyria, Aniya, Marley, Javon, Se'Less, Camille, Crystal, Kamari, Jordan, Nasheed, Adamu, Bryce, Mariah and Tiffany.
We will begin a mini exploration of bees because some children are afraid of them. Understanding a little about bees and your reassurances should make students feel better. We are learning that washing hands keeps us healthy. We can use primary colors to create a new color.

I love you.
Our classroom is a violence free zone. Young children try out their body parts
many different ways. It is important to know that horseplay and wrestling can
lead to someone getting hurt. We do not want this to happen. Please discuss
this regularly, with your child, to ensure that all our children are safe and
sound.
Housekeeping
· Our first field trip is Oct. 3, look for trip slip and fee to pay
· Please label all clothing your child bring and wear to school
· We are okay with soap and Kleenex
· School fee is due Sept. 28
· Please send a family photograph if you have not already done so
We need plenty of volunteers for our field trip. Parents pay a small fee to attend.
Our attendance is at 100%. Way to go!
