IntroductionThis is a lesson developed for Primary aged students to learn about animals of the Amazon Rainforest. Our school participated in a unit on the Rainforest for the upper grade students. The unit was so exciting because one of our alumni, Mr. Comer, visited the Amazon Rainforest and sent pictures and information about his daily activities to the school. I thought that young children would be fascinated by the animals and so planned this lesson.
