My philosophy is that children learn best by doing "hands on activities" and being involved in their environment. My role as a teacher is to provide a rich environment and to guide them through this environment.
There is a great deal of satisfaction in getting a child at three
who is still clinging to his or her mother and sending them off at five
ready and able to meet the challenges of Kindergarten.
