Plants are a vital part of our lives and we use them on a daily basis.   We will explore plants that are typically used in a garden.  As you learn about different garden plants you will decide which ones you'd select if you had the chance to create your own garden.

Now check to see if the soil in your garden will work with the vegetables you've selected.  Find out when to start planting your garden.  Next draw a picture of your garden using graph paper to show its dimensions.
