"Our room will strive to be the best of the best.  We will have pride and self-control at all times.  It will show in the way we walk, the way we talk, the things we do and what we say.  We will pass any test on being the best of the best."

This statement is recited each and every morning my students attend class.  This is a motivational skill that gets my students going in the morning.
