Books Worth Reading
Title: Things Fall Apart
Author: Chinua Achebe
This story is about a strong man named Okonkwo and
his struggle with the white man. This novel shows how the "pushy Caucasians"
basically destroy a well functioning Igbo tribe because they think they
know best. I really enjoyed this book and hope you do too.
Title: The Harry Potter books 1, 11, 111, and 1V
Author: J.K. Rowling
I loved these books. They were fun and easy to read.
They're basically about Harry and his adventures in wizardry. He overcomes
foes, encounters "kooky" characters, and just has fun. The Potter
Books is a series you'll love to read
Title: Dreamcatcher
Author: Stephen King
This book was quite interesting. It starts off scary,
but it gets a little wordy towards the end. You'll enjoy reading
this book, but it's definitely not one to read when you're sleepy.
Title: Roses Are Red
Author: James Patterson
This is a book you definitely cannot put down. I
read two of his earlier books, and they aren't as well developed as this
one. It started out slowly but gets really exciting towards the end
The relationships are so real, you feel as if you're experiencing them.
Title: The Bad Beginning
Author: Lemony Snicket
This is an easy read. It's sad yet funny.
I loved it, but be prepared to be left in suspense. You'll be left
wondering what happened to Sunny, Klaus, Violet, and Count Olaf.
*CHEERLEADING
I've been a cheerleader for about three years now. It's one of
my favorite things to do. There's something about yelling and clapping
that really gets me going. Competitions are exciting and fun.
When you go to competitions you meet many interesting people. That's
why cheerleading is one of my favorite things to do.

My Personal Reflections

* My Views on this Picture and the WarI personally think war is a waste of time, money, energy, and lives. War is basically organized chaos. This picture by Oscar Laske, I think, shows how idiotic war really is. Laske really captures the damage and turmoil war brings. World War 1 was what I think a big mistake, and it saddens me to think that nobody learned from that demonstration of foolishness. Well, I think you get the idea of what I think about war. |

My Writings
The Precious one
The precious one from us has gone,
a voice we loved is stilled,
a special space inside our hearts that never can be filled,
the one we loved, the one we cherished now he's left, now he's perished,
we love you still and forever will precious one.
Gone
Everyone I know has gone away,
died or left or just forgot to stay,
gone that's what they are,
gone dead or went away far,
going away without saying good-bye,
just the way they didn't say hi.
