Shakira's Portfolio

I am posting this information on this web page for my Humanities class.  I am a freshman at Notre Dame High School where I play on the Freshman and Junior Varsity basketball teams.  One of the accomplishments I am most proud of is receiving a special scholarship, based on my grammar school academic and athletic achievements, to attend the high school of my choice.  Don’t get me wrong!  I’m not nerdy.  I enjoy listening to Spanish and English pop/rock music, reading magazines, dancing, and watching action movies.  In case you’re interested, my favorite group is Hanson.  I live in Chicago with my parents, my two brothers, my two sisters, and my dog, Flaco.
