Entertainment Today
What is your definition of
entertainment? What do you do to keep yourself occupied?
When I think of the word
"entertainment," I think of it as a distraction. I have a lot to do at
home and at school, and usually I get really stressed out. What I do for
entertainment is dance. Dancing really gets me worked up, and I am able
to get a lot of things off my mind. When I go dancing, I like to go with
my friends because I like to feel free and act like my "goofy" self.
Another thing that I enjoy doing for leisure is reading books because I
am pulled into the book. I feel as if everything I know around me stops
existing, and my imagination runs wild. I feel relaxed, and at night I
am able to sleep better.
In all, the meaning of entertainment
is totally up to you. It is an activity, pursuit, amusement, hobby, leisure,
distraction, diversion, or something you just do for fun.
