Introduction
Teachers always ask what can they
do with the negative behaviors of the special needs students. This unit
will provide quick references for dealing with inappropriate behavior of
any student.
Aim
Assist teachers with ideas
on how to deal with negative behaviors of students and to create a positive
classroom environment in grades PreK-12th.
Rationale
Many students display
negative behavior when they can't keep up or want attention. This unit
will give you some different ideas that teachers, colleagues and other
professional have researched and tried to improve students behavior. There
are many behavioral strategies but you must decide what works for you.
Be adventurous and try the web activities. It may make a world of difference
and change the climate of your classroom too.

Instructional Plan

a quick reference for solving negative behaviors. Teachers should complete
an activity that may address their concerns. Links are provided to simplify

to sites on the web. Find at least three new strategies you like to try.
Implement a strategy and see if it works. If not try another one. If successful
