  1. Teacher will review components of lesson #1.
  2. Students will independently review vocabulary terms used in lesson #1.
  3. Teacher will begin discussion on data analysis.
  4. After oral discussion and class participation of data analysis, students will begin activity #2.
  5. Teacher will direct students to computers and to click on this web site: http://www.getsmarter.org/challenge/index.cfm
  6. Teacher will give intense directions on personal information and protection from unwanted predators.
  7. After completion of the web- based lesson, click of one of the flags at the end of the lesson and perform data analysis in the form of  a double bar graph, a chart, and a statistical data report.
  8. Teacher will give further instructions on creating a double bar graph, a tally chart, and a statistical data report.
  9. Teacher will direct students to look at a double bar graph example
  10. After students have browsed through the double bar graph link, create a double bar graph from web site  http://www.getsmarter.org/challege/index.cfm.
